**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clean energy projects from site field offices in Rockford, IL. This role involves managing field operations, personnel, and project scheduling to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the solar and/or wind markets and a strong background in safety planning, personnel management, and equipment acquisition.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement safety plans for all field operations and activities
  • Manage personnel, including setting production goals, safety goals, and quality goals
  • Identify resources needed for job sites, including personnel and equipment
  • Manage and update work schedules
  • Contribute to monthly cost-to-complete projects and advise Project Managers

**Requirements**

  • Associate's degree or commensurate experience and training
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification
  • 5 years of field superintendent/management experience in the solar and/or wind markets
