We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center. As a Telemedicine Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to patients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care through telemedicine services, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maine.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care or telemedicine setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to analyze complex patient data and make informed decisions.
