Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team as a Travel Operating Room Nurse. As a Travel Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the surgeon.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgeon.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing patients for surgery and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in an operating room setting.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
