Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality bathing and grooming services to pets, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support the Lead Pet Groomer in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pets, customers, and team members.
- 2 years of professional grooming experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in pet grooming, with a strong understanding of pet behavior and safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers.
