The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a House Attendant. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, while providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes:

  • Ensuring the lobby, hallways, public areas, and exterior spaces are clean and well-maintained
  • Cleaning and setting up meeting rooms according to function sheets
  • Deep cleaning of areas, including shampooing of rooms and public spaces
  • Setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee service and nightly concierge events
  • Delivering housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently.
