Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to support commercial patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to support commercial patient support programs
  • Manage overall PASS omnichannel enrollment strategy
  • Communicate with agency and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee opt-in/opt-out strategy and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate PASS communications into the broader Cobenfy omnichannel ecosystem
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5-7 years industry experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related marketing or media agency
  • Experience in pharmaceutical omnichannel strategy and digital marketing with commercial patient support programs
  • Proven ability in managing digital agencies, pharmaceutical call centers, technical integrations, vendors, and cross-functional support teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, WorkFront, Veeva CRM
  • 5+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required)
