Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient and family.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, including ordering and administering medications, performing procedures, and communicating with families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a NICU or critical care setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal care.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
