Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and experienced Host Team Member to join our front of house team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome to each and every visitor. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the organization of reservations, managing rotational seating, answering phone calls, taking to-go orders, and assisting in cleaning and resetting tables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist in the organization of reservations and manage rotational seating
  • Answer phone calls and take to-go orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Work collaboratively with the front of house team to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Current food handler license
