Job Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for executing service operations at client locations in a secure and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and uphold a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
  • Safeguard company assets.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Identify and address safety concerns for both company and client-owned equipment.
  • Engage directly with clients.
  • Work across various sites utilizing diverse technologies.

Position Requirements:

Educational Background:

Mandatory:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Experience:

Mandatory:

  • Capability to obtain a TWIC card.
  • Preferred one year of relevant work experience.
  • 0-2 years of technical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smart devices.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to obtain a CDL, Class A or B with necessary endorsements.

Driving Qualifications:

  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle.
  • Must meet driver requirements, including:
  • Driver Application for Employment.
  • Driver Disclosure and Release.
  • Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement.
  • FMCSA Certificate of Awareness.
  • Driver Certificate of Violations.
  • Driver Statement of On Duty Hours.
  • Road Test.
  • Copy of Driver's License (Front and Back).
  • Copy of Medical Certificate.

Additional Considerations:

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Typically operates under direct supervision but can work independently when necessary.

Travel Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel 50% or more.
