Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a correctional environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to adhere to submission and compliance deadlines, as opportunities are limited.
Key Details- Location: Correctional Facility
- Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM
- Compensation: $63/hour, with overtime available after 40 hours per week
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- At least twelve months of continuous experience in a similar role within the last three years, excluding internship experience.
- Possession of the necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.
- A master's degree from an accredited institution in Marriage and Family Therapy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing various clinical interventions, including individual and group therapy.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and treatment planning.
- Facilitating transitional care planning and connecting patients with community resources upon release.
- Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders in both individual and group settings.
- Documenting patient progress and participating in case conferences and training sessions.
