As a Behavioral Therapist with Perfect Pair ABA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be essential in developing and implementing evidence-based programming hierarchies that respect client data and support their journey toward successful outcomes.

Job Duties:

  • SUPORT OUR RBTs by offering mentorship, guidance, communication, and supervision.
  • Design and implement thoughtful programming hierarchies based on client data, progress, and ongoing assessments.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance for families, helping them navigate the journey toward successful programming outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to enhance the experiences of those we serve.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA credential through the BACB.
  • Active state license (LBA) as required based on location.
  • Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
