Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem resolution, and collaboration with our sales team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution and support of air freight shipments.
  • Coordinate all elements of the pick-up process, including billing, rate quotes, and vendor invoice approvals.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of pickups and deliveries.
  • Accurately rate shipments and manage handling/storage in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain daily communication with international offices as required.
  • Adhere to handling protocols, ensuring compliance with client-level agreements and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime on weekends as necessary.
  • Report directly to the Air Logistics Customer Care Manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
