This is a night shift assignment from 11pm to 7am at a Long Term Care facility serving Veterans. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and providing care for those who require it.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, shaving, feeding, oral hygiene, ambulation, and dressing
* Participate in the interdisciplinary plan of care by offering input and feedback
* Observe, report, and record all pertinent data, such as vital signs, intake and output, treatments performed, resident's physical condition, and response to treatment and procedure
