Healthcare Support Specialist

At Dobbs Family Health and Wellness Center, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality support to our medical staff, including patient care and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and other medical staff with patient care and administrative duties.
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in healthcare preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certification in phlebotomy (CBSPD) or medical assisting (CMA).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
