Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Shultz Huber & Associates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and prepare trial balances.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for clients and management.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or similar role in an accounting or professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
