Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
