**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer to establish, implement, monitor, and audit quality systems and procedures to track IATF16949 and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with AIAG APQP and ISO/IATF16949.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and research new processes or improvements to existing processes, tooling, and equipment.
  • Analyze gauging requirements per customer specifications and cost.
  • Implement quality plans including AIAG APQP, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
  • Assure existing or new tooling and equipment meets customer and Madison-Kipp requirements.
  • Serve as a team member of production personnel troubleshooting operational issues.

**Requirements**

  • 4-year College Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and education.
  • Automotive background preferred.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and other software.
