Job Overview

Accurate Mechanical Inc is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Apprentice to join our team as an HVAC installation professional. As a valued member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service while working efficiently and effectively with customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Assist lead installers and journeymen in completing jobs effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of Accurate's mission, culture, policies, and work expectations.
  • Develop expertise in using UL tape and/or duct sealant to seal ducts and pipes.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Complete time cards accurately and on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Report to work punctually for all scheduled shifts.
  • Obtain and maintain OSHA 10 certification.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Work Environment

This position requires working in various conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings, which may involve heat, cold, wind, rain, or snow. Additionally, you may need to work in cramped, tight spaces or climb ladders.
