Competitive Compensation
- A competitive salary of $63,500 per year, including an attractive sign-on bonus of $5,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package with choice of affordable medical plans, paid time off, and up to $1,000 in free healthcare services per year.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify patient needs and make referrals as necessary.
- Promote patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs, complete documentation timely and accurately, and communicate patient progress.
- Plan and provide staff education, participate in clinical development and continuing education programs, and perform on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current RN license, CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
