About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at ForwardDental in Oak Creek, WI. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene procedures and technologies to deliver high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Valid dental hygiene license in Wisconsin and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Zero years of clinical experience required; we welcome new grads.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
