As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for consulting, conducting behavioral evaluations, and designing behavior and individual support plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply behavioral principles consistently in all client interactions.
- Support staff members and assist with ideas, suggestions, and work duties.
- Conduct center-based and in-home supervision bi-weekly or monthly.
- Develop program plans and other instructional activities.
- Manage a minimum billable caseload of 120 hours per month.
- Write progress reports and other written assignments related to client progress.
- Ensure timely submission of progress reports to insurance providers.
- Communicate effectively with parents, behavior analysts, therapists, clients, and families.
- Assist in creating instructional materials and running programs.
- Observe, record, and report client behavior and condition.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision.
- Implement client treatment plans and train staff on behavior plans.
- Respond to and manage crisis situations.
- Support ongoing training and development of Safety Care training for clinical staff.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification.
- 4+ years of experience in ABA.
- Willingness to work in Clovis or Fresno.
