Job Details:
Epic Travel Staffing is in search of a Travel RN - Pre-Op.
Shift Details: Variable days, including 6:00 am – 2:30 pm and 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Qualifications:

  • Valid NJ Nursing License
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC systems
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Additional Information:
  • First-time travelers are not accepted.
  • Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5.

The position entails alternating shifts, with specific hours assigned each week. Nurses will be responsible for admitting and recovering patients from outpatient IR procedures, including but not limited to paracentesis and thoracentesis. Experience with AV fistulas, GYN cases, ENT, ENDO, Robotics, General Surgery, Urology, and Podiatry is essential.
COVID-19 Vaccination: Required, with exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.
Flu Vaccination: Required, with exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.

Please note that all compensation rates are estimates and are based on qualifications and experience. Rates apply specifically to travel positions located more than 50 miles from the candidate's permanent address.
