  • Product Information: Provides up-to-date product, pricing, and service information to customers.
  • Account Management: Ensure a superior customer experience to contribute to account retention and growth by building quality relationships.
  • Support to Sales Team: Provide support to sales team on a variety of pre- and post-sale projects as well as keeping sales team informed of account activity, outstanding issues, and requests from customers.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer/account information in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Record Keeping: Maintains customer accounts and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Logistics: Collaborate with the production team to obtain shipping dates, order information, and coordinate logistics with internal departments.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints and provide support to each sales channel.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales function and overall team objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of Omnipure's products.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously and demonstrate flexibility when priorities change.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with typical Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational, time management & prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit an extremely high level of professionalism and superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative: Able to demonstrate a sense of initiative, ownership, and grit.
  • Business Acumen: Aptitude to exercise foresight as well as good business judgment to anticipate and solve problems with minimal oversight.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to anticipate customer and sales team needs.
