  • Accurately process incoming orders, modifications, or cancellations utilizing an ERP order entry system.
  • Handle a significant volume of customer communications via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Verify order documentation for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates, including pricing changes and shipping information.
  • Work collaboratively with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely invoicing and collection processes.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate order shipments.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account details as necessary.
  • Provide support to colleagues during peak times or in their absence.
  • Be prepared to work additional hours when required, with prior management approval.
  • Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.
