Seeking Photographers in the Lancaster/Antelope Valley/Palmdale Area
Support the Communications department in showcasing services, programs, campaigns, and events across the Los Angeles Region.

MISSION

The American Family Care Sparks, a humanitarian organization driven by volunteers, adheres to its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, aiming to provide relief to disaster victims and assist individuals in preventing, preparing for, and responding to emergencies.

VOLUNTEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Communications department in promoting services, programs, campaigns, and events throughout the Los Angeles Region.
Capture images of news, disasters, community gatherings, red carpet events, corporate portraits, and celebrity showcases.

Quickly deliver footage to the Communications department for media distribution and promotion through official websites and social media channels.


REQUIREMENTS
Must possess all necessary equipment.
DSLR camera is essential; external flash is preferred.
Ability to shoot in both formal and photojournalistic styles.
Creative storytelling through photography is a must.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
Prior professional photography experience is preferred.
Samples of your work must be submitted.
