- Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in private fund formation
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various fund-related documents
- Experience overseeing fund capital raises from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of federal securities regulations
The successful candidate will possess direct experience in private funds; however, individuals with a robust corporate law background and a keen interest in private funds are also welcome to consider this opportunity. While admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Previous experience in a large law firm and familiarity with regulatory issues will be considered advantageous for this position.
