CNC Machinist Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Hummingbird Scientific. As a CNC Machinist, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside designers, assemblers, and inspectors to manufacture high-quality microscopy products.

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision parts
• Program and set up CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
• Inspect and test parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop new products and processes

• 3+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming
• Journeyman-level machinist skills and knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Hummingbird Scientific offers a competitive compensation package, including paid vacation, holidays, sick time, medical, vision, and dental benefits, as well as a company 401(k) plan. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $35.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
