Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least 2 years of experience in home care services
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background check and drug screening
- Preferred experience in leadership and sales
- CNA Certification is mandatory

Essential Duties:
- Manage client schedules and charting sheets.
- Develop and maintain the employee floor schedule.
- Build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Conduct mini assessments for RN on new referrals.
- Train new employees effectively.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff via company-provided communication tools.
- Ensure consistent communication with office personnel, directors, and clients.
- Assist with any additional requests from office and directors.
