Baler Operator

Job Summary:

Land O' Lakes Recycling is seeking a skilled Baler Operator to join our team. As a Baler Operator, you will be responsible for operating balers and recycling equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate balers and recycling equipment to process cardboard and other materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality control standards
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Document all bales and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Exposure to outdoor hot/humid and/or dusty work environment
• Ability to bend and reach for extended periods
