SSM Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures to diagnose diseases and injuries according to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and position patients for CT scans, selecting appropriate anatomic and technical parameters.
- Administer contrast media and medications as needed, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Monitor patient activity during procedures and report any abnormalities.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program.
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification.
- ARRT-R Radiography or ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification.
- ARRT-CT Computed Tomography or CNMT certification.
This is a night shift position with a scheduled 40-hour workweek. SSM Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible payment options, and upfront tuition coverage.
