Job Title: Prep Cook/Dishwasher

Miller's Ale House is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and efficient dish supply system, working closely with both back-of-house and front-of-house team members to meet their needs, and maintaining high standards of restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a steady supply of clean and ready dish supplies for cooks
  • Collaborate with BOH and FOH team members to meet their needs in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all restaurant service standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher
