Bakery Specialist

At Manna Development Group, we're looking for talented Bakers to join our team and help us create delicious bread and pastries that our customers love.

About the Role:

• Bake all of the fresh bread and pastries that our café needs each day
• Maintain our high standards of flavor and quality
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth and Trust
• Step in and support your manager and team as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who loves baking – even if you're a beginner (we provide training)
• Someone who enjoys both working alone and with a team
• A self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
• Someone who likes the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
• Someone who's committed to food safety
• Someone who has their own transportation to drive to other locations as needed
• Someone who's at least 18 years of age
• Someone who must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time

Working Hours: This is a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) position with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
