We are currently seeking an Installation Specialist to join our team. This role involves installing, plumbing in, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and Culligan policies. The Specialist will also assist other employees with product/equipment delivery and installation, focusing on positive customer interactions and public relations for the company.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $60k-$80k per year, depending on licensing and work experience. Regular bonus and overtime opportunities are available, with an expected schedule of 40-50 hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment according to safety and Culligan policies
  • Assist in product/equipment delivery and installation
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and public image for the company

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Good mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
