Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our Hogansville, GA operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between brokers, distributors, and customers, as well as the House-Autry Regional Sales Manager. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring adherence to company protocols and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify all orders with brokers/distributors on the shipping date, including weight and pricing, and complete all related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and/or freight carriers regarding delivery schedules.
• Address customer concerns or complaints by communicating with sales personnel and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
• Initiate the dispatch of sample products to customers, brokers, and sales personnel.
• Send brochures and other sales materials to customers and brokers.
• Engage with brokers/distributors regarding all orders placed.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Maintain communication with the customer service team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
