**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitalist to join our team at Prime Healthcare Services in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients and contributing to the success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
- Work closely with advanced practice providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage a patient load of 20 patients per shift
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
**Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Hospitalist (no new graduates)
- Board-eligible/board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
