Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication abilities
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant environment
- At least 1 year of experience supervising assigned units
- Preferred prior experience in healthcare management
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment or a compact state, if applicable
- Registered Nurse (RN) designation required
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
