Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate selling skills
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all brands and effectively communicate this to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives
  • Ensure the sales floor is replenished as needed, maintaining a high level of customer shopability
  • Exercise visibility on the sales floor to enhance the customer experience
  • Process transactions efficiently using Point of Sale procedures
  • Effectively handle multiple customers simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Package merchandise with care to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to minimize shortage

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Possess a strong enthusiasm for meeting and interacting with customers
  • Be dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts
  • Show a willingness to learn and take direction
  • Display attention to detail
  • Meet physical requirements, including bending, twisting, stoop, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
