About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterology Physician to join our team as a locum provider in Martinsburg, WV.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Gastroenterologist to provide medical care and services to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care and services to patients with gastrointestinal disorders
  • Perform procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies
  • Consult with patients and their families to develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology
  • Active medical license (we can accommodate candidates who need to obtain a new license)
  • BLS certification
  • DEA registration
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working 14-17 days per month, including call shifts. The physician will also spend 2 days per week performing procedures in the afternoon and 2 days per week seeing patients in the clinic in the afternoon.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
