As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating personal growth, relationship building, and maintaining a quality program for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to individuals with daily living needs
* Encourage personal skill development through teaching, coaching, and mentoring
* Foster a secure, safe, pleasant, fun, and physically clean atmosphere in the residence
* Assist residents with outings and in-home activities to promote new experiences and relationships

Requirements
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with residents, visitors, peers, and managers
* Knowledgeable of emergency procedures and documentation
* Understanding of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and ability to implement and document accordingly
* Complete daily log book process and provide feedback to the Program Coordinator
