Accounts Payable Clerk Role at Productivity Inc.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where every employee's contribution is recognized and appreciated. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of accounts payable experience and is proficient in Excel. If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you

Responsibilities:


  • Run bi-weekly Excel reports and verify the data
  • Sort and distribute vendor invoices electronically using our document imaging software
  • Enter vendor invoices into our accounting software
  • Perform various bank duties
  • Verify banking info with vendors
  • Complete vendor credit apps


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • 1+ years of accounts payable experience with an understanding of basic accounting principles
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Speed and accuracy for data entry with excellent 10-key skills
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
