Lounge Server

Job Summary

The Lounge Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving beverages to guests in the Lounge. This role requires a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant and professional manner
Initiate conversation with guests, present menus, and answer questions
Take orders, give suggestions, and conduct full and complete wine/beverage service
Monitor guests' experience and respond to any issues
Keep assigned areas clean and clear of glasses, bottles, etc.
Continuously seek service opportunities and provide personalized service to guests

Requirements

At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
One-year previous high-volume cocktail experience
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktails
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work any day of the week and scheduled shift

Working Conditions

The work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as noise, dust, and smoke.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $13.45/hourly.
