Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Maintain current California Pharmacist license
  • Provide positive patient outcomes through the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred
  • Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of Pharmacy
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
  • Ability to respond quickly to Code Rapid Response and Code Blue situations
