MRI Technologist

At MultiCare Health System, we are seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in collaboration with our experienced Imaging/Radiology team, performing general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services
• Follow policies and procedures as you provide patient care activities and any related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and families
• Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment

Requirements:

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
• Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
• MA-P is required for Maple Valley Rad Techs who perform Phlebotomy

Pay and Benefit Expectations:

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $41.02 - $64.65 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
