Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in Ogden, UT. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for safely operating production machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in a production cell team environment with other team members and personnel.
  • Safely operate production machinery according to company safety standards and written instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Move supplies in production cells weighing up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
  • Perform small part assembly on the production line with close attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and follow specific process instructions and safety rules.
  • Manage equipment and material loading and unloading for production processes.
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 months of production experience in machine operations preferred but not required.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check prior to training.
  • Willingness and ability to work 6 days per week and up to 8-12 hour shifts with consistent overtime.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment working with both hands simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in reading instruction sheets or monitors and following directions for company standards.
Benefits:
  • $21.06 per hour
  • Swing Shift I 1:45pm - 10:00pm I Monday Friday | Overtime As Needed
  • Grave Shift I 9:45pm - 6:00am I Monday Friday | Overtime As Needed
