Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest check-ins and room assignments, addressing inquiries related to hotel amenities, guest registration, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, including processing reservations.
  • Handle billing procedures, including payment collection and transaction processing for various services.
  • Facilitate communication by answering and transferring calls, as well as managing messages and faxes.
  • Ensure that all services rendered are accurately reflected in guest statements and assist with checkout processes.
  • Verify guest payment methods and ensure compliance with established financial protocols.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and document feedback, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Utilize computer systems to input and retrieve information accurately.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, arriving on time and in appropriate attire as per company guidelines.
  • Comply with all safety and security policies, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including assisting other departments and managing breakfast setup.
  • Handle laundry tasks as needed.
