Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Design and implement treatment programs focused on improving motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure students' therapy goals are aligned with their academic needs
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize student success
  • Provide training and support to educators and families on how to assist students in developing critical life skills
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Massachusetts OT license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • School experience is preferred but not required
