Job Summary:

The Traveling Medical Technologist will operate CT scanners to create detailed images for diagnostic purposes while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computerized tomography scanners to create detailed images.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging protocols, and position them safely and accurately.
  • Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
  • Provide high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
  • A valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
  • Preferred qualifications: Current ARRT Certification.
