Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Southwoods Health Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients suffering from hand/upper extremity injuries or disorders to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment to patients.
- Review patient information and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise and train staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active licensure in Ohio and current BLS certification.
- Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of managing upper extremity injuries and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.
