Job Description:

As a Powder Finisher at Renovation Brands, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our powder-coated products. In this role, you will work closely with our production team to apply powder coatings to various products, meeting strict quality and productivity standards.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position working 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate must have 2+ years of related work experience and possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manual application of dry powder to product for special color runs
  • Understand and set spray settings to match product and color requirements
  • Setup and monitor automatic application of dry powder to product for high volume color
  • Load and unload part pieces to continuous conveyor
  • Stack & match job routers with product as parts are loaded and unloaded
Requirements:
  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Knowledge of wet or dry paint application & warehouse procedures
  • Possess organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
