We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Integrated Resources. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

**About the Role:**

This role involves caring for critically ill patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families about health and wellness.

**Responsibilities:**

Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

RN licensure in the state of practice

1+ years of experience in critical care nursing

Current BLS certification

Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
